Job Description - Social Media Specialist

 

What we expect you to do?

  • Management Tasks:
    • Communicating with Marketing Departments for all MAT countries to organize workflow digital marketing campaign.
    • Organizing posting calendar and supervising the content of the posts
    • Adding and Organizing our stores around the world through Google Maps (Adding/removing maps, increasing reviews, adjustments, etc.)

 

  • Analysis Tasks:
    • Preparing reports for Social Media performance at the beginning of each month regarding the number of followers reaches, messages, and engagement.
    • Preparing reports for Facebook ads spending and performance at the beginning of each month.
    • Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
    • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

 

  • Creative Tasks:
    • Brainstorming new and creative growth  
    • Optimizing content for social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram
    • Providing new ideas about posting on social media to increase interaction of pages.

 

  • Executive Tasks:
    • Creating and developing a social media structure.
    • Designing, building and maintaining our social media presence.
    • Implementing promotion for the posts and identifying the audience and target areas.
    • Creating segments and organizing customer database for targeting objective.
    • Planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns, web, email, social media
    • Creating landing pages and optimize user experience.
    • Writing copy for email marketing campaigns

  • Two of the following languages: english, arabic, turkish, french
